Each package is insured for its purchase value and comes with tracking so that you will be able to track the status of your package and know approximately when it will arrive. We currently offer three methods of UPS shipping- Standard Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight. Not all methods are available for all products.  On each individual product page, the methods that item can be shipped will be displayed. If you are here to track your package, please enter your tracking information into the field at the right and click the "Track Now" button.  Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email that was sent to you from Rokland after your item was shipped. If your package has not arrived after a lengthy period of time or if your package arrived damaged and you wish to file an insurance claim, please contact sales@rokland.com for further information. Please note that in order for Rokland to reimburse you for a lost or damaged package, the appropriate claim must be filed with UPS and UPS must first process the claim.
