We ship to the USA and Canada.
Each
package is insured for its purchase value and comes with tracking so
that you will be able to track the status of your package and know
approximately when it will arrive. We currently offer four methods
of UPS shipping- Standard Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed if the product is in stock. In the event we are out of stock on a product, you will be contacted via email and given the option to have the order placed on backorder, or the option to cancel the order.
IMPORTANT** UPS considers "days" to be business days as they do not deliver on weekends or a few select holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting an expedited method of shipping. A product shipped on Friday via 3 Day Select service will not be delivered Monday. It will be delivered three business day after it ships. Not all
methods are available for all destinations. Once you add the item to your cart, you can input your postal code to get the available methods and rates for shipping before you are prompted for any personal information.

If
your package has not arrived after a lengthy period of time or if
your package arrived damaged and you wish to file an insurance claim,
please contact sales@rokland.com for further information. Please note
that in order for Rokland to reimburse you for a lost or damaged
package, the appropriate claim must be filed with UPS and UPS must
first process the claim.
Returns
Most items purchased at Rokland LLC come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. However some items, such as our cell phones, may have a more narrow return policy. Each item will have its own return policy specified at the end of the description for that item. Please be sure to take a look at the item-specific return policy for the item(s) you are ordering.
If you receive a shipment and you wish to return it in accordance with the return policy, simply contact sales@rokland.com and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Purchases can be exchanged for the same item, other item(s), or a refund. In order to return non-defective items, the items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items missing boxes, manuals, or accessories cannot be returned unless there is a special circumstance. Also note that the shipping charge of an item, and return shipping, are not refundable under any circumstance. We will pay to ship the replacement. Customers may decide which return shipping carrier to use and they may also decide whether or not to purchase tracking service. Note however that Rokland LLC cannot be held accountable if a returned item is lost during shipment.
10% Restocking Fee: Because range can very greatly based on your environment, if you are not sure a particular product will meet your range needs please contact us before buying. As we are a business, we are not able to offer free product trials, and thus if a purchased product does not meet your range needs and you wish to return it, a 10% restocking fee will apply. The only exception will be if the item is defective. So if you wish to purchase multiple items to see which one will work the best for you, you are more than welcome to do so, however any product returned will be subject to our 10% restocking fee as the product must now be resold as open box at a much lower price.
Bulk Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in us replenishing items sold in bulk orders, bulk orders are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or misadvertised. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us for consideration. In the event a bulk order return is allowed, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. A bulk order is considered a shipment of 10 pieces or more. If you are not sure whether the part you are planning to buy is what you need, we recommend finding out for sure before buying, or buying one unit first for testing before buying in quantity.
Cancellations
If you complete a purchase and then decide you do not want the item, please call us right away at (352) 328-8761. We ship out most purchases made before 5PM EST the same or next business day, so it is important that you call right away. If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the package to us in accordance with our return policy. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped. In addition, effective January 2, 2006 the United Parcel Service will now be levying an additional second shipping charge on us, the shipper, when a package delivery is refused. So if you have changed your mind about your order but were unable to call and cancel before it was shipped, please accept the shipment and contact us for RMA instructions. If you refuse delivery of the package, the return shipping fee UPS charges us will be deducted from your refund. We do not make a profit off this, this is necessary to cover the expense of this new "refused delivery" fee from UPS.
